Your pool — players, picks, scores, and settings — is stored only on your device. There are no accounts, no cloud sync, no analytics, no ads, and no tracking. The app collects nothing about you and sends nothing about you anywhere.
Everything you create — players, picks, scores, and settings — is saved in your device's local storage and never leaves the device unless you explicitly export a backup. Our server is used only to fetch live match scores (see below) and never receives any of your pool data.
You choose how scores get in, and the private default is yours to keep: in manual mode you type scores yourself and the app makes no network requests at all — it works completely offline.
If you turn on live score sync, the app fetches public match fixtures and scores from a third-party sports-data service (TheSportsDB) through our own server. We send only a request for that public match data — never your picks, your players' names, or any personal information, which always stay on your device. As with any internet request, the connection briefly exposes basic technical details (such as an IP address) so the scores can be returned; we don't use them to identify, profile, or track you, and we never sell or share your data.
None. The app contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising, and no trackers.
The app is family-friendly and collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
Deleting the app deletes your data. To keep a copy first, use 🛠️ Pool Manager → 💾 Backup & restore to export a backup file.
